Behdis Carpets: catalog website at Bitrix
We developed a catalog website from scratch for the Behdis Carpets brand of handmade Persian carpets using 1C-Bitrix. The goal is to convey the ancient art of the Persian carpet and conveniently display a large catalog of patterns.
What was needed do
Behdis Carpets are handmade carpets from the Iranian city of Qom, one of the largest carpet weaving centers. The brand needed a website that conveys the value of handcraft and natural fibers (modal, viscose) and at the same time acts as a convenient catalog: hundreds of patterns, sizes and collections.
Project goal — create an image catalog site from scratch, which inspires confidence in a premium product and helps you choose and order a carpet.
How do we came up
We made a website on 1C-Bitrix, a reliable platform with flexible catalog management. We designed a structure based on collections, patterns and sizes, designed product cards with large photos, added filters and ordered carpet fittings at home.
The design is warm, carpet-like, with an emphasis on texture and handcraft to make the site look as expensive as the product itself.
